Yuliya Panchenko was born and raised in Baku, Azerbaijan.
She moved to the United States in 2010 to continue her education, career and interest in photography. In 2010, Yuliya began her career in photography as a hobby while pursuing her MS in Hospitality & Tourism Management. After graduating from the University of North Texas, Yuliya, decided to continue her education in photography to become a professional photographer.
In 2014 “Yuliya Panchenko Photography” was founded. Yuliya has been invited to photograph in major cities in the United States and Europe with the concentration on boudoir, nude, and portrait photography.
Yuliya has won multiple awards and her boudoir photographs were published in multiple magazines. In 2021, she launched her online photography academy with the focus on portrait and boudoir photography.
Currently her “Believe in Boudoir” educational platform is globally well-known and active in over 35 countries.
